The service and staff was amazing. Especially Alice, the point of contact and Joe.l the head guide. They arranged wine in the room for my parents and accommodated any requests.

The Vinpearl Resort & Spa Amidst The Tapestry Of Ha Long Magic Escape the ordinary and surrender to luxury at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Ha Long, just a five-minute speedboat ride from the shores of Ha... Very nice staff. Very big resort, huge pools, indoor pool was big too. Lots of towels at the pool area, clean rooms. Good food.

Very spacious and clean Villa. Nam is an excellent host and knows rhe town very well. His recommendations for restaurants/ bar and shopping helped us enjoy our stay in the town even more.

The area was so beautiful and the activities we did around Ha Long Bay and on the boat were really good - we particularly enjoyed squid fishing!

It was very easy to check in, the owner came immediately after a call from the reception. The appartement was as on the pictures, even more beautiful! The sea view was AMAZING!!! There is a balcony where you could have a coffee/tea in the morning while admiring the view. It was even more breathtaking in the night time when the city lights out! Mr Thuy was amazing and helpful. We could ask anything, he made sure it’s done! He even followed up days after we left his appartement to be sure we were alright! It felt like being part of a family!
