Situated along the beach-front, The Anam features luxurious accommodation surrounded by lush landscaped gardens. Our stay started with a welcome tea and cookies while checking-in. Additionally, we were greeted by the Group GM as well as local GM of the property. The room was spacious and very clean. Furthermore, the beach facilities were not crowded at all as there was space during every hour of the day. Staff were all extremely polite and caring. Having said this, I would like to point out one special person, Min from the reception desk, who helped us booking our flights. She is definitely the most caring and helpful person we have encountered during our entire trip. She even went beyond and organized a late check-out for us and gave some recommendations for our next destinations.

Everything was fantastic. The reception when arriving, the staff which are so helpful And kind, the room was absolutely gorgeous. We had two celebrations (birthday And engagement) at Mia And Both celebrations were given attention to from the staff. The staff at the kidsroom, such a Nice And sweet woman looking out for the kids. The food of the restaurant is amazing (Italiaan we didnt enjoy as much). The breakfast is incredible, so Many options And only staff working with a smile on their face. El Vinpearl Luxury Nha Trang se encuentra en la isla de Hon Tre y es ideal para una escapada tranquila. The spa was outstanding. Getting massage next to the sea while hearing the waves rolling in just next to you - too good! The massage therapists were great - when one of us had a headache one day, they immediately picked up on it and offered a specialized massage. The other staff of the spa were also top-notch and made sure me and my partner could use one of the sauna/jacuzzi facilities by ourselves. The spa gets a clear 10/10. Pool and beach are very nice and relaxing areas. As for the gym, the equipment was okay; staff great; location and view fantastic. The room we stayed did not feel brand new, but everything was in good shape. Comfortable bed and seating. Decent desk for doing some work. Good shower. There was some miscommunication (our fault) when we ordered room service one time, but the staff very gracefully let us get away with our mistake of ordering four pastas instead of one. :) Breakfast buffet was tasty and with a good selection. We tended to eat the western dishes, but there were also Vietnamese/Korean-style. It was very pleasant to have breakfast outdoors next to the pool. We had also asked the hotel to organise our transfer to the airport, and this was handled very smoothly without feeling too expensive. Normally this would have been a major headache for me, but now we were able to relax completely during our last day. Since we had to check-out before breakfast due to an early flight, the hotel also had prepared a good take-away breakfast for us. Although the hotel is on the expensive side, I went away thinking it was definitely worth it. The staff treated us beyond well, and we enjoyed three extremely relaxing days.
