Localizado em Phu Quoc, a poucos passos de Long Beach, o Regent Phu Quoc oferece acomodações com 3 restaurantes, o Oku, com o Atelier Omakase, o Rice Market, um restaurante vietnamita e asiático, e o... The location, the design, the comfort, the staff, the service...everything was just excellent, especially the staff. They were all well trained and their PR was superb. There was one night we were having dinner at Ocean Club and the kids at the next table were really noisy. We didn't complain but the staff were so apologetic that one of the staff escorted us to Jade Bar for complimentary drinks on the house after our meal. And when we got back to our room, we had a special plate of dessert waiting for us with an apology note. Regent really trained all their staff well, from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant staff, the staff at the pool, beach, gym, housekeeping and the chefs...they were all so friendly and attentive. Excellent!
