The giant gap between the roof and the AC system was unfinished ! the shower drains didn't catch the water and it made the entire for the bathroom wet.

Perfect place for a night in the city, staff are nice and offer you info on Arts/Performances that are on while you are staying. The entire is really safe and clean easy to manage with luggage. Decent parking right across the lane way. Breakfast if European with a lot of pastry and good coffee.

Frosted glass bathroom door with quite a large gap, you need to be very comfortable with companions as lacks privacy.

There was nothing not to like, it was an unexpected delight.

The location was fantastic, all close to Museum, Library, TAFE and Centre of Northbridge. Parking was metres away and not expensive. Breakfast was fresh and healthy and nice and quiet. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy and welcoming. Attention to detail on the finer things, Will definitely be staying again.

Only one small thing and this is more suggestions than issues ! The doors were very heavy and hard to open, they also swung closed really loudly- I almost jammed my fingers and if my neighbour came home I felt the whole wall shake- I thought someone was breaking in

The property was in a great location, the staff were excellent and friendly and the amenities were great ! The 24 hour access to staff was fantastic and little things like complimentary coffee and water 24/7 were amazing and a fresh coffee made with breakfast ! The rooms were neat and tidy and a good size- not too small!

Stayed in room 212 and there was a window but was facing a wall 2m away .so literally had no view..felt staying in a room without windows. That's my only complaint about this place ...rest was all good

It was a white nice hotel at the right location..close to north bridge right in CBD. Staff very friendly and facilities good with breakfast and coffee..loved it.

Great bed and selection of pillows. Excellent WiFi. Fantastic location, just north of the Central Business District, next to multiple museums, dozens of restaurant and pubs, and a short walk to the bus, metro, and train station. Fantastic breakfast from 7-11 a.m. (homemade granola!) and a nice lounge with all-day coffee and tea. Finally, the staff is wonderful.

Loved the decor and layout. The breakfast room layout is modern with a retro twist we loved the concept of the self-serve open kitchen/coffee as we checked in quite late due to a late flight arrival. The breakfast was lovely continental with bonus pastries and fresh fruits. Highly recommend

The elevator was a bit temperamental, it worked well but occasionally went to other levels that hadn’t been selected.

The location was fabulous. Although it was in the heart of Northbridge, you wouldn’t know it as it was quiet. The hotel was lovely and the staff were amazing. The included breakfast was absolute value for money and very enjoyable. I think the added touch of providing push bikes for those who want to get around Perth cbd without having to walk or use a car was a great touch. I would stay again and would recommend others to stay.
