Great place just around the corner to the main promenade. Near the park and also the beach. Light clean room. Tasty breakfast. Staff was very kind and helpful. The receptionist (Agniezska) is nice person. Also the pool attendant and the breakfast crew. Very pleasant stay over all.

As there is no air conditioning in the rooms a fly screen would have been beneficial to stop mosquitos flying in.

The spa should be included in the price of the hotel. I didn't like that there was no free swimming pool included.

The breakfast was very nice, and the stuff was friendly. I liked the omelette prepared by a chef separately. The variety of food was also admirable.

My recent stay at Trzy Wyspy booked through Booking.com was marked by several notable discrepancies that I believe require attention and resolution. Let me outline my concerns: 1. **Lack of Tea and Coffee Making Facilities:** It was disappointing to discover that the room lacked some basic amenities, notably tea and coffee making facilities. While this may seem minor, these amenities are commonly expected by guests for a more comfortable stay. 2. **Absence of English Speaking Receptionist:** Effective communication is essential while traveling, and I encountered difficulties due to the absence of an English-speaking receptionist during my stay. This impacted my interactions with the staff and affected my overall experience. However, my most significant concern revolves around the smoking policy: 3. **Misleading No Smoking Policy Regarding Balcony:** I had selected this property with the understanding that smoking would be allowed on an outdoor balcony, as this was not only a preference but a necessity for me as a smoker. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was surprised to find a "No Smoking" sticker on the balcony door. This was in direct contradiction to my expectations and the information presented in the property's listing. The availability of an outdoor space for smoking was a crucial factor in my choice of accommodation, and its misrepresentation significantly impacted my stay. Given these issues, I kindly request compensation for the inconvenience and misrepresentation I experienced during my stay at Trzy Wyspy. I believe that addressing these concerns will enhance the guest experience and prevent similar discrepancies in the future. I look forward to a constructive response from the property management, outlining the steps they intend to take to rectify these issues and ensure more accurate representations in the future.

Unprofessional receptionists. They were not willing to issue an invoice at the time of checkout. We had to tell them that we will call the police if the will not issue an invoice. Appalling custoner service mindset. Bed mattress was old. One could feel all the springs while sleeping. No air conditioner in the room a d if there's no breeze outside, the room get very warm.

This was without joke the best breakfast I’ve had! the staff was amazing and accommodating. The place is te clean and nice. everything was absolutely perfect!

No basic amenities inside the room for the price paid. No water heater, no coffee tea as well. No curtain for shower area. No bathrobe, slippers, toothpaste. Freezer does not work properly. For any requests, they say sorry they can't provide.
