The walls are thin, you can hear People walking through the hall way. Noise is expected in a hotel but to hear the person cough and children crying next door was not enjoyable, we did ask to move and they accommodated us and very helpful.

Great amenities, great staff, great food, breakfast buffet is a must. The option of a quieter pool is located at the back which was really nice.

- Would be great if the prices for things included the various tax’s, opposed to this being applied at the end. - Would be nice if the main pool deck was smoke free, the designated areas seem to be in the middle and smoke easily travels.

Loved staying at this hotel, and would 100% return again. The location is great and having the local street food/ smoothies on the opposite side of the road is a real bonus. Staff were all super tentative, friendly and welcoming. I used the gym and had training sessions with Golf & Sam, they were both really knowledgable and fun to train with. Stayed in a King room, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room cleaning was done to a really high standard. The entire hotel is really well kept and cleaned, even saw a man hoovering the ceiling at one point 😂.

Everything - staff were amazing. Hotel was great plenty of room to be by yourselves if you wanted to, the swimming pool at the back of the hotel was very relaxing. The select at breakfast was out of this world and everything so fresh, best breakfast ever!

I'm not sure if it's a bad thing, but as a country boy, I definitely missed not being able to have biscuits and gravy for breakfast, but the breakfast offerings are excellent and the staff are beyond helpful

All of the staff, from check in to getting a ride back to the airport and the end of my vacation were beyond exceptional. The staff is what made this a memorable trip, and one I plan on taking again soon

The distance from main Patong, I feel like they could have a shuttle bus.

The stay here was amazing, the staff were very warm, welcoming and attentive. They would do anything to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the beach club was such a nice touch and was always a vibe.

Walls between rooms super thin, I could even hear man in next room yawning but had earplugs so didn’t disturb my sleep. Not huge amounts of storage for your clothes and drying swimwear not easy, no balcony.

Breakfast buffet and evening buffet amazing! Room nice and clean, comfy. Pool area had lots of options of where to sunbathe and no worry of having people reserve all the sunbeds as it’s not allowed, plenty of beds to choose from.

Just a long walk to our room.

The selection of different variety’s of foods and fresh fruits was so delicious, that I really looked forward to breakfast every morning. I personally like how the kitchen and waiter staff were so polite very helpful and catered to our needs on personal level, great service well done.

Rooms without balcony is just a no no like being in prison can’t smoke a fag anywhere and they wouldn’t let me sleep at the reception when I was so hungover waiting for my taxi for supper so I had to sit in the baking sun on the beach I wasn’t causing any harm just me silent witha. Hate here my face relaxing with the fan on a bean bag n it was my birthday. To many rules.
