We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe had to change rooms the first evening as the noise from the next door room was too much. It was done without any difficulty thanks to the desk staff. Ely is a strung out place and you are on the East side, the main centre is a drive away - just bear in mind. It does mean you are in a peaceful area.
Lovely hotel where we made good use of the swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast was also appreciated and it did have slight changes each day which is welcome. There's a good Mexican restaurant nearby and a large supermarket next door. Short walk to the excellent railway museum where you can take a ride on a heritage train.

United StatesAir freshener. I have allergies and the fragrance was noxious. The duvet. Duvets seem to be all the rage these days. Forget it. There is no "middle ground" with duvets - either you are hot or you are cold. Plus, I am tired of needing to strip my bed every night to get rid of the darned things. Fat pillows. ho sleeps on 5"-6" thick, fat pillows? It's terrible for your neck and back. At least provide the guest with a choice of thinner pillows.

I stay in various motels across the US. This LQ had by far the cleanest breakfast and the best food for that value. there were 2 ladies. working the kitchen so there was always fresh hot food, plenty of coffee and an extremely clean breakfast area. 5 Stars
