The chair in the room 117 was so old and dirty that we could not use it. The hotel, generally needs a renovation, it look like a run-down, sad place. Quite some noise from the highway (more on the upper floors) and a lot of home less people in the gas station area outside the hotel (but there was none inside the hotel premises). The management may consider adding bread and water to the breakfast menu, those are really basic :)

Convenient location just off the freeway easy entry and exit. Free parking was a big plus, usually the other hotels in the downtown charge about $40-$60 per night for parking. Shower had very good force of water, the parking lot was lit up, basic breakfast was provided. Special thanks for the all-day coffee provided at the lobby. The cleaning lady did an outstanding job, flawless.

The entrance to the hotel was a little awkward, even though off the highway but you haf to go around a loop, but nothing major. Breakfast needs some more varieties.

The only thing I didn't like was with the complimentary breakfast, there was a waffle station, and there were only flavored waffles while we were there. The flavors weren't anything bad. I personally didn't like the banana nut or strawberry, but my mom did. There were other options besides the waffles, so it didn't put a damper on my day at all.

The staff was welcoming,friendly, and helpful. The location wasn't too far from the activities we had sechudled for our vacation. I didn't hear any road noise from I-5. There was always someone at the front desk. And lastly there was always a parking spot for my car.

The breakfast room was very small. The oneway parking lot is cramped. Surrounded by a highway.

Everything was clean and well taken care of. Despite being surrounded by a Highway, inside the room was surprisingly quiet.

The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is good with two waffles machine, oranges, apples, yogurt, cereals, juice and coffee. Just missing eggs. The location is good.

Breakfast choices were extremely limited. Orange juice dispenser had no orange juice, just water. Due to the extreme close proximity to the freeway, double pane windows should have been installed. My room had single pane windows with BAD gasketing so it allowed the sound of automobiles and loud motorcycles to enter the room. Bath tub stopper didn't work and the sink water pressure was dismal.

Rooms were not very clean. Niece walked around barefoot, and her feet were black from the dirty floor. Layers of grime on bathroom baseboards.

Breakfast had a poor selection with limited options for gluten free diet. The was no food at 8.30 so staff had to be asked to restock. Property also noisy through.the night, other guests noisy and some road noise.

Was clean and had a small fitness room. Close to attractions. Roomy bathroom.

Just off the freeway ramp, one entrance only, surrounded by concrete walls topped with chain link fences with bright parking lot lights, car and contents felt very safe. A very good remodel

Inside the parking lot is clean but outside the parking lot is ratched. Literally a block over is a street that has prostitutes working all day long.

The room was clean and the continental breakfast was simple and good. The maintenance man came in and fixed our TV issue quickly.

The breakfast was very basic with some danish, frozen burger and coffee/juice.

Right next to the freeway you can get to all top San Diego attractions quickly. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and service was good
