beautiful Christmas decorations. kind of Mexican chiq decor. Clean and elegant. staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety and had vegan options. Fabulous location and lovely gym too. Oh and don’t miss afternoon high tea!

Stayed for 10 days with half board, as read very good reviews and the location was good. The hotel is overlooking a beach, which was great as you don't have to walk far and carry the beach gear. The room was excellent - I got a sea view without terrace, the room was cleaned daily, good facilities with a mini fridge, comfortable beds, air conditioning, the usual tea/coffee. There is a rooftop terrace with a jakuzzi, a bar and excellent views, I highly recommend checking it out. The food was superb - breakfast was ok, lots of bread, but in general you get a pretty good choice between full English, toasts, granola, fruit and yoghurt. Lunch/dinner option was outstanding - great variety of excellent quality and presentation, you could see that it was a very popular restaurant. All the staff were going above and beyond to help, and all spoke English. Thank you and I will be back!

The cleanliness, the staff, the quiet location, the included breakfast, the gated parking, the roof terrace and the view from the roof terrace, close enough to the beach and local shops/bars. The decor was nice and the addition of a new air freshener and new wash cloth etc. The bed was fantastic. The room was the right size for a couple. The fridge, kettle and microwave were all clean and functional. The washing machine in the bathroom by the roof terrace was out of order but we didn't need it anyway. The breakfast is a choice from eggs, bacon, York ham salchichas, toast, jam, honey, coffee, tea, yoghurt, granola, orange juice and a choice of a couple of cereals. The eggs and bacon can be prepared to your individual requirements. It was well prepared and I wasn't left feeling hungry. The whole package definitely exceeded my expectations. Communication with the staff was excellent.

This hotel is absolutely fab ! Excellent location and staff are excellent and really helpful. The food choice is excellent and steak pie to die for 😎. One of the best hotels in Benidorm I will be back.

the hotel is located right on the beach, the views are amazing, the staff are extremely nice and welcoming. convenient meal plans for different types of travelers (we chose breakfast + lunch) and the food was always fresh and tasty. we will book the same when we will be back in town!
