Amazing lady, so friendly and very attentive. Nothing too much trouble. Did our laundry for €5 a load. Breakfasts were fantastic, lots to eat with good coffee. Highly recommended. 5 min walk to tram. Host restaurant recommendations were very good.

Booked the slightly bigger room, and it was really comfortable. The bed was huge (~1,75m wide), there was a small fridge and a sink available, with plates and basic cutlery for having a pre-prepared meal (no stove) Felt really cosy and the owner was very nice

We liked absolutely everything about this property. We Were traveling with a baby and our stay was super comfortable. The hotel is renovated, very stylish and clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. We had a daily room cleaning. Hotel is located in the very center of Bordeaux, in the nicest area. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The room and the bathroom were both big and modern, with comfortable pillows. The bathroom had a very modern shower system and mirror lighting. The breakfast buffet was great, with local cakes and even smoked salmon. The location was perfect. And the staff was very polite, knowledgeable, helpful and nice.
