This is a very special hotel in a 18th/19th century style and furniture with modern comforts. We slept in a bed with 1676 carved into it. I particularly liked the antique bathroom fittings, the standalone bath with a copper shower surround. The sitting room with an honesty bar and the library were great to relax in. David

Location, environment, service are excellent. The hotel staff was very helpful and warmth. When I left my phone in a taxi, the staff did their best to help me find it. Special thanks to Mr. Andrei Morari, Mr. Darius and Mr. Basal. When I checked out, I found that I had left something in the safe box. The staff kept it carefully for me until I went to get back it. In a word, it was a great hotel and I will stay here again next time I am in London.

The staffs are all so friendly and helpful. It was like talking to friends. Very attending service. Comfortable bed and what I appericate most is a absoluetly dark and quiet room for the night. Also to mention that the swimming pool is well heated.
