This room was beautiful with the comfiest bed we had in Greece. The bathroom was so modern and clean. We had our own private balcony with a view which included sun beds. We were so impressed. The concierge gifted us a bottle of wine for our honeymoon on the rooftop bar.

The staff was top notch - so accommodating. Breakfast was terrific and the staff even put together a nice breakfast box for us the morning we left early. Bed was super comfy. Room was spacious. View was great. Shower temp and pressure perfect. Every amenity possible was offered. Well located for visiting all of Iraklio's sights. This hotel goes above and beyond.
