Beautiful hotel with great views. They upgraded our room to sea view upon arrival. Friendly and helpful staff, breathtaking view from the 5th floor were breakfast is served! Would love to return in the summer as well and enjoy the seafront.

the hotel and rooms are very upscale; the decor and ambiance is exceptional. the hotel and pool are very secluded. the hotel staff is extremely helpful,m; Adrianna is great; she went out her way to search for us for ferries and a great travel agency. Adrianna rocks

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful owners. Very clean, cozy and fully furnished room with a TV, hair dryer, iron desk/iron, kettle, etc. Comfortable queen size bed. A/c working well and cooling air in the room with no issues while outdoor is summer. Very close to beach side street where you can find hundreds of restaurants, cocktail bars and so on. Also next to the taxi stop where all the taxis have a taxi meter with a very reasonable price to go to any part of Kalamata like city center or old town. Hotel is close to the grocery store. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Kalamata to get the best experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Grecotel Filoxenia. The garden, the pool and beach with the mountain scenerie was just amazing. We felt very welcome and would love to come back another time.
