Excellent location in the city center, close to bus stop and supermarket. Very clean, comfortable, cosy, quiet and well equipped apartment. Very kind, helpful, both professional and friendly staff. We got also bus tickets and swimming pool cards for free. Recommended!

The room was very clean and large, we had the superior double room with balcony. Breakfast was really good, we also rented e-bikes up to Alpe di Siusi and it was a great trip. The pool was very pleasant and relaxing, with great views. All in all, we really reccomend the accomodation, we would definitely stay again.

The breakfast spread was impressive! Even though we were there for three nights, we never got sick of the breakfast spread. The salad and cheese bar at dinner was also great, although the dinner courses we had on the first night had room for improvement. The location was perfect! It was right by the main promenade in Ortisei, and a short walk to the Seceda and Alpe di siusi cable cars. The spa facilities were beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed the hydrafacial and sports massage that we booked after a tiring day of hiking. I can see myself returning for a longer stay to enjoy the facilities. There are sufficient facilities to keep you occupied even if you stayed at the hotel throughout the day.

They place a nice print out everyday on your breakfast table to show weather forecast and suggested activities which was great. Half board option was definitely value for money. All decor very well maintained.
