Small, simple breakfast room but everything was superb and staff also. Fantastic central location with five minute walk to either Trindade or Balhao metro station. Everything you could want very close and probably a twenty minute walk to river front. The staff were wonderful - extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi for us via email before our trip and this worked perfectly. During our stay they were very helpful and approachable with all our questions and requests; they even loaned us a Portuguese/British plug adaptor for the duration of our stay (Portugal has two types of sockets - we had the wrong one!). A very happy experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again when next in Porto.
