Solar de Santa Maria offers accommodation in Bragança, in a 17th-century manor building, in the heart of the old town, 75 metres from the Castle's gardens. Breakfast was exceptional, the nice lady serving us was very friendly and helpful. this was an authentic Portuguese manor house, close to the castle and Rosina`s restaurant is just down the street which we highly recommend!

Quinta Da Marka is situated in Covas do Douro and has a pool with a view and mountain views. The property features pool and river views, and is 23 km from Natur Waterpark. Amazing location and very friendly staff! Felt like we were staying with family (only better, lol). That patio? Sipping a glass of complimentary port upon arrival, while watching the sun set and the Douro meander by (all in complete silence) - to die for! Offering an outdoor pool and terrace, Casa do Rio Quinta do Vallado is situated in Castelo Melhor, in the Norte Region Region, 13 km from Vila Nova de Foz Coa and 47 km from Mirandela. This place is amazing! It is one of the most peaceful places we have been and the view from our patio was so serene. Everything about the hotel is first class. The meals with wine pairings were outstanding and Beatrix presented a wonderful and informing wine tasting. A stay like this in the USA would have been over $1000 a night so this was a great value.
