Wonderful property, spacious , clean , well equipped. The property has a secure underground parking space and is in a safe location a few 100M from the beach. The town center/ Marina is just a short 15min walk and i felt safe walking to and from even late at night. The apartment is ground floor but well secured. 1 large master bedroom with on suite , plenty of storage space. The 2nd room has 2 single beds. There is also a master bathroom. Showers in both bathrooms were powerful and water was hot at all times. There is also a large patio with seating and a outdoor dinner table. It is shaded and overlooking the pool. The host was very nice and accommodated by late arrival , which i greatly appreciated. I travelled in late April , so the price was excellent. This is a A+++ accommodation and i would have no issue recommending it.

This cosy little house on the outskirts of Denia, about 8 minutes in the car to the seafront, with a good cycle track all the way into Denia centre, the house was perfect, gated enclosed garden and drive so our car and bikes were secure, good wifi and heating, everything was very clean and comfortable, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds, quiet neighbourhood, with a Lidl and a huge Chinese supermarket within walking distance.

Small, very comfy, clean, very equipped studio in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Had everything we needed. Host was very friendly and fantastic. There was nice balcony where u can chill and have dinner or morning coffee. The parking lot is right in front of the building, free and spacious. The wifi works very well and there is a possibility to even watch netflix or amazon prime on the smart tv. The mattress/sofa is comfy, the sleep is good.

Andrey rendkívül barátságos és segítőkész volt már a foglalástól kezdve. A szállás elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, kb. fél perc sétányira van a tenger, gyönyörű homokos parttal. Mindennel fel van szerelve, amire az embernek szüksége lehet egy utazás során. Tényleg minden van: nagy kiszerelésben tusfürdő, sampon, napágyak, amiket a strandra le lehet vinni, tv, több nyelven könyvek, mosógép, a konyhában is minden adott, ha főzni szeretne valaki, de kenyérpirító, kávéfőző is van. Két oldalon is van erkély, a tágasabbik nyáron nagyon kellemes, árnyékos (nekünk május közepén egy kicsit hűvös volt, de hőségben tökéletesen lehet hűsölni) Zárt parkolóba be lehet állni, amiért nem kell külön fizetni. Az ágy kényelmes volt, a zuhanyzó tágas, és az egész lakás nagyon stílusosan és praktikusan van berendezve. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek!
