Great central location to most of the touristic sites, great view from the balcony of lake Brienz and surrounding mountains including the apartment being very clean and comfortable. The host was quick to answer a couple of questions that we had while we were there. The town of Brienz is very nice to walk around at any time especially along the path near the lake..

The property is so beautiful and modern. Fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. Everything you need for cooking is there. What we loved about it is all the kitchen utensils are clean. They even provided a welcome wine and Chocolate. And whenever we have questions they responded very fast. This property has 2 big tv, one in the Living area and another big smart tv in the dining area. This property is well thought. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here. Thank you sprit apartments!!!

The apartment was in a beautiful location close to the lakefront of Lake Brienz. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. There was a terrace with a table and benches for eating outside with a view and a balcony as well. It was a serene location and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

La ubicación. Las vistas al lago son magníficas. También las terrazas, los 3 dormitorios amplios y cómodos, el cuarto era de muy pequeño. Tenía lo necesario pero un detalle hubiera sido que dejaran cápsulas para la cafetera. Qué hubiera parking justo en la puerta.

Great house in front of the beautiful lake! The house is comfortable for a family or group of friends and it has all you need for a nice stay in winter or summer time. The hosts are very kind and responsive! Absolutely recommended!
