It was very nice to stay on Young backpacker's homestay, Rainer received us very well, made clear all the details about the house and usability, and made us feel very comfortable. Also, he is always available when you need something and ready to help. The house is wonderful, with a beautiful view, comfortable and with everything you need for a good stay. We certainly consider going back after the experience. :)

The pool, The lake and the hospitality by Peter and his spouse were excellent. The location is great and the kids also loved it. When it rained we went to museum in Lucerne and even with covid we had a great time.

This was an absolutely beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Pius was great and responsive if we had any questions. We had one minor bathroom issue that he fixed right away. The property is located not too far from town so you don't get the busy city sounds at night but you're only 10-15 minutes away to see Old Town. The scenery is next to none. Everyone thinks my photographs are paintings, it doesn't look real how beautiful it is. Highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay. The view from the balcony was unexpected and beautiful. We stayed in the top floor loft. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for our family of three. Easy check-in and great communication for any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and sincerely hope to visit again someday!

Very clean, bright and spacious. Modern decor with great facilities. Nice little balcony and can just see the peak of the mountains. Bus stop directly outside property. Easy check in and out.

A nice quiet place outside of the main city with a beautiful view of Pilatus from the room. Amazing host and he goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable throughout your stay. You can contact him anytime for suggestions and guidance to move around and is happy to help to his best always. You have an amazing view from the terrace covering portion of the beautiful Lucerne Lake on one side with a vast green field to the other but of course Pilatus takes the center view towering over everything.

Hotel room was bigger than expected. King sized bed was not expected. Beds were comfortable. Quad room was fantastic. Great location also to walk to everywhere. Loved our stay here.
