We needed to check-in early, our host was very accommodating. The chalet-style rooms are very nicely decorated, with lots of high tech gadgets and innovative decorating ideas...like a TV that emerges from the foot of the bed, little sparkling stars in the ceiling, and a large stone that makes the separation for the shower. (I have to admit I actually thought there was a cow fur wall until I touched it and discovered it was tile!). The reception-bar-game room area is quite inviting for adults and children... and dont forget to use the jacuzzi (bathrobes and slippers are provided)!

Cedric was brilliant took care of us morning, afternoon and evening. Breakfast was good and we spent most evenings having a drinking in the bar area/lounge, which had an cozy/alpine feel. The rooms were a good size and nicely decorated. We stayed in a family room with twin beds and double bed - there are sliding doors to divide the room to give privacy., The shower was hot and powerful. Ski room had plenty of space and the boot rack was heated (so dry boots every morning). There was a sauna and games room which was a bonus. Location was excellent, in the town center 5 mins walk to main ski lifts to Avoriaz and Morzine/Gets.

wonderful staff, delicious breakfast and dinner, top location (right next to kids’ ski school and the ski lift, lots of rental options and restaurants), amazing spa and pool, everything you want from an Alpine hotel

The hotel was super! Very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble! Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety every morning. Ski storage areas was great. Pool and sauna were fab! Games room (table tennis) was an additional bonus. The lounge/bar area was very relaxing lots of books to borrow and read or board games to play if desired. Room was lovely and cosy and having a balcony was a bonus. Location was fantastic, within metres of two super canle cars to access slopes and all shops/bars/restaurants. We will definitely be returning to Fleurs des Neiges and Morzine!
