ok so here's what happened...i get to that hotel after driving for 6hours and a half under the rain on my motorcycle in the dolomites(just for you to get an idea of the wind and cold) no matter what i write over here, it won't be enough to describe how supportive and helpful the hotel owner and his receptionists were... i got to their place freezing my ass off, couldn't even get my gloves off(to this point my hand was numb from the cold), and had to spend the next day in the hotel fixing my bike...they helped me in every possible manner! I am really grateful to have been in such a place that day as i got everything i needed Hands down!

I appreciate the very quick response. The owners are very helpful, they provided us with a garage for the motorcycle. The apartment offers everything we needed.

Great choice for 2x families of 2 adults+2 children, as it has 4 separate bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double-beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. Also, two separate bathrooms each at the other wing of the apartment, so you can have good privacy. Spacious living and dining room joint with kitchen and balcony. There is a free public parking (of limited size for c. 5-6 cars) just below the house, right below the waste sorting cabin. For us was perfect as there were no other guests in the residence. However, in high season I could imagine parking might be more difficult to get. Ski lifts of Ponte di Legno/Temu are sub-10min with car.
