Situated amidst the serene mountainous landscape, the spa offered a range of luxurious facilities that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, like indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, wet and dry sauna and more other. The spa's tranquil ambiance truly added to the overall experience, allowing me to unwind and escape from the stresses of everyday life. The dining options at the hotel were equally impressive. The restaurant served a variety of delectable dishes, prepared with the highest quality ingredients. The menu showcased both local and international cuisine, providing a culinary experience that satisfied even the most discerning palate. Additionally, the attentive and friendly staff made dining an absolute pleasure, ensuring my needs were met and providing excellent recommendations. The hotel's location on Paltinis Mountain was truly idyllic. Overall, my stay at this 4-star hotel on Paltinis Mountain with its incredible spa was a truly unforgettable experience. The combination of impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and stunning natural surroundings created a haven of relaxation and indulgence. Very, very clean. Covid19 measures were fully observed and implemented. Very clean bathrooms, hot water all the time. Very nice and helpful staff. Good parking.

Very big, spacious and clean rooms, very nice location with mountain view and big parking, very good breakfast. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We initially planned to stay 4 nights but due to weather conditions we’ve shortened our stay to 2 nights and the hosts contacted booking.com to get a refund. They have a ping-pong table which was really nice.

Great location and very friendly staff. Two cute dogs which kids enjoyed playing with. The room was big, cozy and warm. SPA was pleasant too, water in the pool was really warm. Robes are available at the property.
