Joel and his wife are both so friendly. Joel gives tips to all travelers about the treks. And every time end of the day asks to people how their hike went. So they make you feel really cared. The location of the hostel is a bit of out of the center but it’s easy to go around with Uber or public bus. The kitchen has few equipment to cook, which is not the best but still sufficient.

This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in during 6 months of traveling in South America. The owners really make you feel like you're at home and part of the family. Everyone tends to eat together at the large dining table which is a great way to get to know the other travelers. Some nights there are social events - pizza night, fellow travelers playing music or putting on a show. I loved everything about the atmosphere.

Excellent Position, amazing view over the channel, very comfy bed. Macarena was very kind, proficient in several languages and flexible in adjusting to our timings, she even gave us a lift to the glacier once that we discovered we had the same plans.
