It is hostel and it should be evaluated as. Breakfast offering was great (self made with hostel supplied food). Staff very friendly.

The location of the hostel is a bit of out of the center but it’s easy to go around with Uber or public bus. The kitchen has few equipment to cook, which is not the best but still sufficient.

Boasting barbecue facilities and views of garden, Mirador del Kaiken is a recently renovated apartment situated in Ushuaia, 4.6 km from Encerrada Bay. The flat is new and beautifully equipped. The view from the balcony is outstanding. The host is friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay.

Located in Ushuaia and only 7.3 km from Encerrada Bay, Caballo de Fuego provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in during 6 months of traveling in South America. The owners really make you feel like you're at home and part of the family. Everyone tends to eat together at the large dining table which is a great way to get to know the other travelers. Some nights there are social events - pizza night, fellow travelers playing music or putting on a show. I loved everything about the atmosphere.

Offering a shared lounge and garden view, Pacifico Departamentos is situated in Ushuaia, 700 metres from Encerrada Bay and 20 km from Tierra del Fuego National Park. Excellent Position, amazing view over the channel, very comfy bed. Macarena was very kind, proficient in several languages and flexible in adjusting to our timings, she even gave us a lift to the glacier once that we discovered we had the same plans.
