Our journey to the Orama Hotel was unexpected, having had to leave our initially booked hotel after just a single night. With only one room available, we were a little anxious. But the staff at Orama went above and beyond, accommodating us promptly and even allowing us a preview of the room before confirming our stay. The subsequent six days were nothing short of exceptional. The room was immaculate (even better than in the pictures) and equipped with a fast internet connection. Orama Hotel boasts splendid amenities - from the gym and spa to the three pools and an impressive restaurant, everything was top-notch. But what truly set this hotel apart was its staff. They are, without doubt, the kindest and most helpful team we've encountered. Every interaction was filled with genuine warmth, cheerfulness, and professionalism, making each chat a delightful experience. Their treatment of guests is a testament to genuine Greek hospitality. The hotel's location is another feather in its cap. Situated just outside of Fira, it's a mere 10-minute stroll to the Fira city center. And for those seeking the iconic Santorini sunsets, the hotel lies adjacently to the breathtaking caldera view. In conclusion, Orama Hotel not only provided us with a wonderful stay but also restored our faith in the renowned Greek hospitality. Cleo was very helpful in organizing the airport transfer for 20euro which is very reasonable. please inform them for airport transfer.Please don't book airport transfer from airport as they are going to charge more than 20euro if you are 2 or more people.

It was a wonderful place to stay in Santorini. I think if we visit Santorini again in life we would choose this place again. We loved it from the first moment we entered. The view is breathtaking. The stuff was very kind and helpful and looked every moment what they can help both at the reception and all the other stuff. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious with a great terrace where to our breakfast arrived every morning. The breakfast was very tasty and we chosed what we prefer to eat from a list. The pool was nice , there was a stunnig view from it to the sea and the Kaldera. The water was a bit cold, but we didnt care, it was refreshing. As almost everywhere in Santorini the hotel has many stairs, so those who has problems with the legs wont enjoy it. It was not a problem for us. The room was extra clean! The bed was very comfortable. We rent a car and about 200- 250 meters away we had opportunity to park the car free. The location is fantastic, the hotel is in Firostefani, so not that crowdy, but with 15 minutes walk, you can reach Fira. The hotel is hidden from curious eyes- and that what we like a lot! The best choice if visiting Santorini to enjoy Homeric Poems!

A wonderful garden with a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Great location and a short walk to the center. After the hustle and bustle of Fira it was lovely to return to the hotel to relax. Breakfasts were delicious with a great selection of foods and Evi always makes a cake every morning. Our hosts were excellent and friendly and arranged our transfer to the port and pickup.
