The service is incredible. From the communication before our stay, to offering special upgrades at reasonable rates, to following through on everything they promised. Even though it's a big hotel, they treat you as a special individual. Loved it.

The staff was very friendly and went to great lengths to assist in everything, particularly the staff at the front door, the cleaning crew on my floor headed by Akhil, and the GM Rajesh went to great lengths instructing the chef and kitchen crew to take care of my needs
