We got free upgrade to the highest level of rooms because, the hotel was empty during our first night.

Everything from collection to drop off was done with minimum fuss. Staff were exceptional and had no problems, Tam our wait staff was very attentive. And looked after us well.

The cruise was luxurious and the service outstanding. We were vegetarian and we were catered for really well with a 5 course dinner made just for us.
