Very clean and close to old quarter attraction. Staff are too good here. I would like to mention Miss Sue name here who was a manager, she did fantastic job from checked in to checked out. She took care of everything. She is a wonderful soul. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all solo travelers and couple who are planning to visit Hanoi. I will definitely book this hotel again if I come back to Hanoi.
