We liked everything, the facility is beautiful, excellent view, even better food. Sabrina is very kind, whatever we asked her she managed to get. All the other workers are very kind, an added plus is that you don't have to go out to restaurants, you can buy everything at the accommodation, the menu prices are very affordable. It is very clean and peaceful.

La Villa Unaweza se encuentra en Matemwe, a 60 metros de la playa de Matemwe, y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, estacionamiento privado gratuito, pileta al aire libre y bar. It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the staff are sweet and very friendly. They decorated our room for our honeymoon and we even received a free bottle of champagne. The pool was always clean and the facilities around it as well. You’re very short walk from the beach and can walk to local shops if you seek some variety . We had a problem with our water but that was fixed once we had brought up the problem with management. Overall I have nothing to fault them for. Thanks again for the lovely service.

Everything, from the property and the location with an amazing beach, to the attention of the owners and the staff (and the food and drinks!), truly excellent!

Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. I have been looking forward to write this review, because this place is the best place we have ever been!!! And we have traveled a lot..From we booked to we left yesterday, we have felt so welcome and been taken so good care of! Excellence is the best word, and in every way! Hospitality, staff, food, the bungalows, housekeeping and the setting is spectacular, on one of the most beautiful beaches on Zanzibar. It’s easy to go to every parts of the island, because they have the best drivers on the planet. So calm, safe cars, on time, waiting for you while you do your plan for that day. They organize massage for you outside your bungalow, private barbecue, and set up trips to different activities on the island that you want to see. And the prices are good. What is good to know is that Jambiani Villas have three properties on the beach. The one in the middle has the restaurant for breakfast and other meals. We stayed on the property 350 meters north, but loved that breakfast walk every morning on the beach! The bungalow had the most amazing sea view, and every morning we sat on the balcony taking it all in, before we jumped into the turquoise water and walked for breakfast. They also offer room service for free, if you want your breakfast in your house, but I recommend the 5 min walk! It is also good to know that this is Africa! One row behind, you meet the locals and you see the poverty and the big differences. But you also see how important tourism are for the locals. We buy their beautiful handmade things, they got work on different properties and they are extremely friendly. We were totally safe even after sunsets, walking to a restaurant along the beach.

El Amka Villa Issa House se encuentra en Jambiani y ofrece un restaurante y acceso directo a la playa. La terraza es amplia y ofrece vistas al océano Índico. Perfect location, great room with terace, great breakfast super nice and helpful owner and staff. Would definitely recommend this place.

Lions Villa Zanzibar with private pool - LUXURY ON THE SEASIDE, que tiene pileta al aire libre, jardín y terraza, dispone de alojamiento en Kiwengwa con wifi gratis y vistas al mar. Everything. The villa was clean and had the perfect layout! We had a special occasion and the hosts made sure to make it special and catered to our requests!

El VILLE RORI LUXURY se encuentra en Bwejuu y ofrece wifi gratis, bicicletas de uso gratuito, pileta al aire libre y jardín. We liked the cleanliness and layout of this large and well appointed villa. It was comfortable for two couples. There is plenty of room both inside and outside to relax and spread out. The host Rodrigo was responsive and friendly and willing to accommodate our late checkout request. The pool was refreshing and the breakfasts were excellent. You can walk the beach for miles. The villa was private and easy walking distance to restaurants. Good references for taxis and tours. There is a nearby small store to change money.

La Villa Anna se encuentra en Bwejuu. I liked how the place was always clean and neat. Great food and staffs. We felt so welcomed me and my daughter. The environment is friendly for family, couple and single travelers too. Worth every penny and more.

This is a great place to have a relaxing vacation with friends and/or family. You have the intimacy of an entire house and the benefit of your private pool suitable for 6-8 people, with the confort of the cleaning service and pool mentainance. 3 minutes away you will find a bakery with good breakfast options and some small shops with fruits, vegetables, drinks etc. Kikadini House and Jambiani are a great option to have an authentic Zanzibar experience
