Newly renovated, *Two Cubs Cottage* is set in Highlands and offers a tennis court and a bar. Guests can benefit from a patio and an outdoor fireplace. The hosts were quick to respond to the emails I sent before arriving & answering any ?’s I had. They were so kind in their response. This house was wonderful! Everything was so comfortable-chairs, bed etc. All kitchen facilities were there & available. If we would have been able to stay longer, I would have loved to be outside on the deck. Such a beautiful backyard. Only negative comment I have was that the glass outer door needs to have the closer above fixed. It had a chain that hung down at top & got in the way of the actual closer part that wouldn’t let the door close unless you moved the chain out of the way (a very easy fix). We hope to return here whenever we go back to the Highland’s area.

I’ve stayed here for a good couple of days and I will say that this place is very comfortable, quiet, the area that your in is very acceptable due to you being around a lot of places. Your close to Northlake mall, a couple minutes away from Frankie”s, SouthPark, pineville and others areas in Charlotte are a decent drive from and to the house! The master bed is very comfortable, the backyard is a decent size for families to play and run around. The kitchen is well taken care of, dishwasher works quietly and perfect. TVs, couch and fans were wonderful and I will say this place encourages families to spend some quality time together. Will recommend for anyone that’s looking for a quiet place as also a comfortable place to rest your head.
