We had a great experience from start to finish. The staff could not be more helpful, especially Manuel. The breakfast is one of the best breakfasts we have had on our travels. The location is really central and it is easy to get to the main areas. It is on a busy street but the hotel is quiet and has a lovely central atrium area where you have meals so you feel like you are in an oasis. The rooftop pool is a nice addition. And, you can help yourself to coffee and hot chocolate any time. And the hot chocolate is amazing.

I didn’t want to write a review as I want to keep this hotel a secret in case I can’t get booked in again, this would be unfair to the owners and staff. This hotel is fantastic, the location is unbelievable. If you liked the vibe of a city centre hostel when you were young but now you have kids or some more money available this is the hotel for you. Cool sheik a top boutique hotel in a great location, on a pedestrian square and across from the beach, I will definitely be back, I spent 5 days here but I’ll be back for longer. Finally, big up to Angel (the receptionist) nothing was too much trouble, he’s a real asset to this hotel, as we’re all the staff, and the rooftop pool….. Someone needs to stop me, I could go on and on……fantastic place 😀😀😀
