It was spacious, well appointed, and in a perfect location. I cannot possibly recommend this property more. Best still, the host was extraordinary-responsive, kind, and generous. Truly, we cannot recommend this property enough; we hope to stay there again some time and would truly love to live there.

Apartamento Valados is located in Ponta Delgada, São Miguel Island of the Azores archipelago. We only stayed for 1 night but all was very nice, had some treats and coffee for the morning. Automatic check it is very convenient, beds are comfy, kitchen is big

We were amazed by the hospitality which we enjoyed a lot. What we didn't expect was that Maria was happy to make us breakfast every morning (local and homemade products) and except that we were lucky that she shared her life experience with us. It was always nice to hear from her about her life. Maria is also extremely helpful so I would say nothing is impossible. The location was perfect either. Although right next to the airport, the aircraft were landing in like 2 minutes and the noise was gone (besides, the noise was much lower than we expected). The room we were staying at was spacious enough and we had a private bathroom next to our room. It is also good there's enough space to park a car outside the house. There's a grocery store 10 min on foot. Oh, and you can see the ocean from Maria's garden.

I liked the location, the house is big but only one bathroom. easy for parking, very close to Ponta Delgada and other points of interest. Very close to the airport! The property manager is very nice and kind.

Proximity to airport and car rental places as we did not want to take out a car at night (inspection purposes) when our flight landed and instead waited to the morning. As most people rent cars taxis are less common than at most airports. We were able to easily walk from the airport to the house andb later to the car place, around half hour leisurely. Very comfy inside bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Excellent and clear instructions from the owner
