Amazing place, with a beautiful view over the sea. The apartment was spacious, clean and giving a home feeling, with a well equipped kitchenette.Our host is an amazing person, always there to help and greet you with a smile. She helped us tremendously and we are really grateful to her. We highly recommend Stefaniya apartments, it is a great location next to supermarket (1km) and only 10-minute drive to the old town. We will be definitely going back.

The owners Rakia ! Everything , I felt very looked after and would recommend Gradina. The internet worked very well, my hosts speak excellent English and looked after me very well. Everything was spotless. Close to the beach and 500m from a supermarket , walking distance to bus to sozopol.

Room was very clean, bed very comfy. The view was astonishing, sunrise amazing. You can pick the side you wish to watch, because balcony is very big and on two sides of the room. There are even sunbeds and umbrella fot your disposal. We had no problem with parking, there was always free spot in front of the villa. Owner is very kind.

Location of the property was excellent, across the street from the beach. Balcony on the ground floor had view of the see. Pool was great. Every apartment has a separate wi-fi router, which I had never seen. Internet quality was excellent, and I head no trouble working from there, zoom call and all. Parking is also great - everyone gets assigned a parking space at the beginning and you can come and go without worrying that you wouldn't be able to find a spot. Outside gym was also a great bonus. From security standpoint also great: gate is locked and opened with a chip, camera surveillance and a live guard at night.

We were two families and stayed at one of the villas. I loved how spacious the villa is and that there is an outdoor space, where the kids could play. The rooms were very clean. There are two bathrooms and one single toilet on the ground floor in the villa. There are kitchen utensils enough to prepare coffee and breakfast. The pool is very clean and there is little pool for the kids.

We enjoyed our stay so much. This is kind of the place that you can stay in with pleasure because is very relaxing itself. We loved the view from the terrace and all the decor details.
