In addition, it boasts a beautiful south view over the sea. It is a perfect base to discover and explore both the beaches and the cultural richness of Cyprus. And, on top of this, it is an extremely pleasant and relaxing place to stay as such, if one does not feel travelling around the island. It has all the facilities one would expect (and even some one wouldn’t) for a perfect poolside experience and the host is very proactive and extremely helpful with all sorts of tips and suggestions.

To say Villa Sunshine is amazing is like say nothing. It was absolutely lovely and comfortable stay. All you might possibly need during holidays, you can find in the villa. We were greeted with cold water and beer 🍺. We could taste some local sweets. Even when we had some health problems with our son, we could count on help. It was the most amazing stay and we recommend it to everybody who consider staying in Cyprus. It is really close to do some sightseeing around Larnaca, Limassol, Lefkara etc. You have wonderful view to the sea. Just wonderful :-)

Excellent location, very quiet place. Very beautiful garden was all to myself. The landlord Mrs Yiota was very caring, she has greeted me with the fridge full of snacks and a bottle of wine. It's a place for those who want to relax in own house and at the same time to be able to quickly reach Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia, which all are within 20-30 min drive.

It was a great place to stay with a little toddler. Little kitchinette available and a cot was given by the host. Any issues, or problems, the owner was there to help. Great to see Green solar energy used in the middle of nature. Very nice and quiet place, would suit anyone who loves nature and staying away from busy city life.
