A lovely place. Situated halfway between the old town and the Las Canteras beach. The bus stop from the airport is just 5 minutes away. Quiet neighbourhood, easy access to public transport. Straightforward check-in and check-out. Recently refurbished, clean apartment with all the amenities. A bottle of wine and a bottle of water waiting in the fridge. Fabiola and her family were very gracious hosts. The building and our apartment were spotlessly clean. Everything in the apartment worked as expected. We had one minor issue that was dealt with promptly and courteously. The building and our one bedroom apartment were just as pictured online. Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable for a long term stay. We received weekly bundles with clean bed sheets and bath towels. I enthusiastically recommend this property to anyone. The location of the building is fantastic! Just steps away from the boardwalk along Las Canteras beach and also close to Las Arenas shopping mall. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as well as neighborhood shops, pharmacies and a Post Office.

Check-in was organized, and communication was excellent. The property was very well decorated, well stocked with necessary items, very clean, and the staff were pleasant. The location was perfect with proximity to the beach, shopping, and estaurants.
