Appartameto nuovo, pulito molto accogliente. Situato in una zona residenziale pulita e silenziosa. Il parco situato a 50 metri dalla casa è uno spettacolo. Vicinissimo a buoni servizi e ad una stupenda passeggiata sul mare. Cristian disponibilissimo, preciso e sollecito nel rispondere. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Our neighbors were friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed interacting with them throughout our stay. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Fabiola and her family were very gracious hosts. The building and our apartment were spotlessly clean. Everything in the apartment worked as expected. We had one minor issue that was dealt with promptly and courteously. The building and our one bedroom apartment were just as pictured online. Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable for a long term stay. We received weekly bundles with clean bed sheets and bath towels. I enthusiastically recommend this property to anyone. The location of the building is fantastic! Just steps away from the boardwalk along Las Canteras beach and also close to Las Arenas shopping mall. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as well as neighborhood shops, pharmacies and a Post Office.
