Very nice and cozy place with great staff Julien and Polina who are very friendly and smiley, ready to take care of all your needs, to tell you where to go and what to see. The room is provided with everything one can just think of. One can eat (and even cook) at the room, but there is also a very nice boulangerie just one step from the entrance door to the hotel as well as another tasty place a little farther to have breakfast, dinner or just a glass of wine during the Happy Hour. Anyway I just can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and very much look forward to staying there again when in Nice.

My favorite place to be, cozy and fancy at the same time - Maison Lamartine is where you are a guest, not a client. Spacious, smart and very comfortable, rooms really worth it. If you have opportunity - take the one with a view 😍, the only thing that can compete it is generous breakfast in the garden. People who work here will bring you a good vision on southern French hospitality and make you feel home. I’ve been to dozens of hotels this year and no one impressed me like that.

Lovely spacious apartment in a wonderful location - at the edge of the old town, minutes from the beach and the main shopping street, with a bakery next door and a large supermarket a few minutes walk away. Multiple restaurants and bars in walking distance. The apartment building is on a main road but the apartment itself is far at the back of the building, so quiet and secure. No views from the windows but this was no problem as we were out all day. One easy flight of steps and smooth corridors to the apartment. The toilet and bathroom are separate and the shower is good. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is full size and well appointed. The host was great and answered any questions quickly. We had a car but street parking is very hard to find and we parked in the Promenade des Arts paid parking, a few minutes walk away.

Place is right next to tram station. host gave very explicit directions on how to get in and kept in contact by Whatsup which was great. Very comfy place, loved that the kitchen had cookies, coffee and tea and much more - which was a welcome bonus, Thank you David - you are a gem.

every this is to be liked. starting from the host, location, the house the neighborhood. The hosts are very helpful to everything. they go out for their way to help you and advise you on what can be done in nice. In short they are the best hosts I have stayed with. thanks a ton to both of them. I will surely come back.
