The Apartment is new and tastefully decorated. Beds are new and comfortable. Linen is of high quality and clean. The location is in very center of the town, with restaurants near by, market, and beach walking distance. The apartment has everything one could need for complete stay, from welcome vine to coffee machine. The host is nice and helpful. We will surely come here again.

What we liked the most was the extremely clean apartment, staff who clean every day. even if the bed was not originally a double bed, they perfectly made it into a king size bed, where we slept without any problems, the wife, the baby and me. All employees are very friendly.They came out to meet us to be on the ground floor because we have a little baby. Every day they clean the room and change the bedding and towels, which are perfectly clean and soft.The yard is perfectly arranged, there is enough parking. The apartment is also close to the beach, supermarket and pharmacy.

Everything was great! The hotel is very close to the central boulevard so you can park your car in the parking lot and visit the restaurants and shops on foot (less than 10min). Just keep in mind that you have to walk an uphill for 100meters approximatelly.

We had an excellent stay. Everything was great: the apartments are very clean and nice, the linen and towels are changed every 2 days, the view from the balconies is awesome, the beach from the location is small and peaceful, you can use the sunbeds from the location at the beach (free of charge), there are plenty of parking places at the property. The host was very welcoming and polite. Also, the pool has a stunning view. There are no shops and restaurants on place but that wasn’t a problem because the village is only 5 minutes away (by car) or you can use the delivery services (at really convenient prices). For sure is the perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing holiday and i totally recommend it. :D

My stay at Villa Polyxeni was amazing . Very beautiful place every morning I had a amazing breakfast with a amazing view. The host was always very attentive to all of my needs. They make me feel right at home. The Villa is walking distance from the port and local restaurants . I highly recommend staying there.

Beautiful apartment, decorated gorgeously with extreme care. The owner is super friendly and professional. There was a basket full with goodies for our consumption, a bottle of white wine, fridge with bottles of water and juice for our kids. Air conditioner working perfectly, and bathroom nice, clean and working well.

We had a fantastic stay at Sofibel. The accommodation is brand new & perfect in every way. It was spotlessly clean & a great host. The suites have a boutique feel to them. The location is perfect for the harbour front but set back so not in the thick of it. Honestly can’t fault this place and planning to go back again next August. We have been coming to Sivota for 20 years and this is now our number 1 place to stay. Thank you!
