Firefly guesthouse is absolutely beautiful. I planned on only staying two nights, but kept extending. This is a place you don’t want to leave. Waking up at the riverside, having a swim and just watching the boats go by.. absolute bliss. The owner and his family are also so friendly and accommodating, and the food is so good and fresh. They also can make their dishes vegan. This is the perfect place is you want somewhere to just relax and take it all in. Really loved it there!

We felt very welcome from the moment we met at the boat and were brought to this hidden gem. Perfect place to sit back and relax. Many great hammock spots, reef for snorkeling just in front of the hotel, lovely water for a swim, great food and sleeping arrangements on the beach. The best place in our 8 month long trip. We stayed in the bungalow boat and it was so cool!

Great view on the balcony, comfortable bed, super nice staff offering great delicious food and giving helpful advices regarding the life in the bay and what things to do. They even have a super cute hotel cat called Chocopie which used to cuddle all the time. The accommodation and the bay in general had a very nice laid-back vide what made it perfect for someone seeking for some relaxation and for those who want to experience the local life. We also had the opportunity to rent snorkels and fill up our water for free and to get discount on food as well as their paddles and kayaks. We absolutely loved it there!

Nestled by the pond in Otres Village, Om Home offers accommodation in Sihanoukville. Guests can enjoy drinks at the on-site bar. Om Home is probably one of the most amazing places around Otres Beach. Manon, the owner, is a wonderful lady with a big heart and hospitality. She was kind and proactive, providing me help with everything. I had the best coffee in my life here made by her, and the bonus is that it is free! My bungalow was extremely clean and spacious, with all the essentials. The bed was comfortable as well. Also, the garden and lobby was beautiful with lots of plants and nice decoration. You are also free to use the kitchen if you want to cook. Otres Beach is about 10 mins of walk from the place, and it is gorgeous, blue water, lots of trees, white and firm sand. Highly recommended place to stay.

She has all of the intel on the best places to eat, drink, snorkel etc. She knows all of the owners of the local restaurants and can tell you when and what is open as some of the restaurants have irregular opening times. We found our stay at Sam’s Place very comfortable and Sam made us feel totally welcome. The room was quiet and clean and there are outside soft chairs and sofa to relax. The beach is about 50 metres away; the mini Mart about 20 metres away. Highly recommended.
