Mike and the crew had my apartment ready for me upon an early arrival. The place was a really good size with full kitchen, refrigerator, washer and dryer unit in the room, a comfortable bed, pull out sofa and above all it was peaceful. The place is located just about a block from the LA Convention Center where i was attending a conference. There's a train station across the street and it was the perfect place for me. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you're like myself and like to prepare your own meals. I walked to Whole Foods which was about a 20 minute walk (about 1 mile) and purchased fresh food to eat, way better than had i ate on the run. Thank you for your hospitality and for offering such a nice, safe space to call home for 4 days.

Very comfortable and beautifully presented. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. The location was handy to shops and the beach. Pat was lovely and very helpful. We highly recommend Beachrunners Inn and plan to stay again soon.

The property has been beautifully restored and the guest rooms exceptionally comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. The location right on the river was very special. Breanna did everything to make our stay outstanding - hosting happy hour, making recommendations for wineries and restaurants.

The design, the feel of the place and most of all the amazing versatile breakfast. Every one reserved what they liked and every thing was super tasty.

Elaine is a very kind and helpfull host, she gave us suggestions about what to visit and how to move in L.A. The house is very beautiful and strategic position in Hollywood. Elaine gave also to us a pass to park in the street right in front of the house. The breakfast was delicious.

Arky's B&B is located in Mouth of Smith River, California. Just in front of the river beach, guests can walk to the beach from the yard. Free WiFi and free parking is available to guests. Absolutely brilliant place. We were made to feel so welcome by Richard and Ana, who were such amazing hosts. They also served up a delicious traditional Chinese breakfast, which also happened to be one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had on a trip. The location was also beautiful, with picturesque views from our room and the communal areas, with seals resting just across the water. spotlessly clean. Exceeded all our expectations.

We had a great stay at the Beverly Hills home. It was big enough for the four of us, and had all we needed to enjoy our stay. It was great to walk down the road to shops and restaurants and even a nice park nearby.

Located less than 1 mile from Carmel Beach, this luxury inn offers a daily gourmet breakfast. The breakfast is great. This location is just good for us to walk around this small town and enjoy a relax vacation.

Located in the East Village within walking distance of shops and restaurants, this Cambria, California B&B is less than 16 km from Hearst Castle. We arrived during the garden party hour and wine and snacks were a great way to be greeted and to accompany the check-in process. The Inn had character and charm and was very clean and facilities were great. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff friendly. It was nice to get dinner recommendations and the ability to see the menus from all the restaurants close by. We even enjoyed sitting out in the living room playing some old records. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

This Cayucos, California bed & breakfast is 2 minutes’ walk to Cayucos State Beach. All rooms provide a spa bath and free Wi-Fi. Free wine is provided daily. Absolutely everything was perfect! Sylvia was a great host and couldn’t do enough for us! We were running late for check in and she even stayed late to welcome us! Wine and beer on arrival, bliss. The location was great and will be back for sure!
