Centrally located, super easy to get everywhere. The staff were lovely, and even made friendship bracelets for us (we were in Melbourne for the Taylor Swift concerts). It was a small but very considerate and welcoming touch! The café downstairs is also amazing!

Staff and concierge are super helpful with quick response to my questions and wait for us to settle in when we were late check in at 8pm.
