She spoke English very well, so the communication was very easy. She helped us with various things - like recommending restaurants, helping us find a laundry or calling us taxi to the airport. The hotel is clean and cosy, the room we had was bigger than the other places we had in Vietnam. The owner was always smiling and trying to support us (and drove with me a couple of times in the city trying to find a place where to exchange money on Saturday as the bank is closed). She always gives us fruits or some other food. Totally recommend the place - the best value for money you will find on the island.
