Ideally set in the Dusit district of Bangkok, TAVEE Guesthouse is set 3.1 km from Bangkok National Museum, 3.6 km from Temple of the Emerald Buddha and 4.2 km from Grand Palace. Beautifully decorated and designed, in a wonderful area that apparently hasn’t changed for the last 40 years. Also, close to a delicious food market during the morning. Super friendly staff.

Phranakorn-Nornlen sijaitsee Bangkokissa, 1,8 km:n päässä Dusitin palatsista ja noin 1,9 km:n päässä Khao San Roadista. Wat Saket -temppelille on 2,3 km:n matka. Such an amazing find! I understand why this place gets booked out so quickly. Beautiful staff that could not possibly be more helpful, even booked my coach/ferry to Koh Samui and booked an appointment at immigration office for me. Location is perfect, AMAZING Thai restaurant only a few minutes walk away (Kao Tom Thewet) and although the hotel is close/easy access to everything it is also incredibly quiet and peaceful. I would never chose to stay anywhere else in Bangkok now.

The room was very clean and the service was amazing~ We loved the breakfast a lot, the family running this small hotel is amazingly sweet. We received constant attentive service. We will definitely repeat if we come back to Bangkok :)

Located within 2 km of Khao San Road and 2.8 km of Wat Saket, Sri Ayuttaya Guesthouse provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Bangkok. The staff is amazing, kind and polite. Helpped us with everything we need. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value for the money. Every morning we had excellent coffe at the cafe downstairs.

Set within less than 1 km of Wat Saket and a 13-minute walk of Khao San Road, Priya Boutique House offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Bangkok. Absolutely charming old building. Very beautiful. Staff is great.

Located just 700 metres from Wat Arun, Baan Suandao Wat Arun provides accommodation in Bangkok with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as bicycle parking. We stayed 14-16 March’24 and have since forgotten the owner’s name - 1000apologies 🙏🏼😞 But she and her mum are just wonderful! Above and beyond helpful of how to get to and into the property - in every detail pictured and verbally, places to eat/drink and sight see. Close to the MRT so easy to zip about further if needed. The view from corridor to Wat Arun is spectacular and so too is the rooftop view! 🤩 Space to have a relaxed seat up there also. Great location for us as we had seen everything in the Old Town on an earlier visit to Bangkok. Near to a lovely place on the canal where we shared food and drinks - cooked by an 81 year old lady 😊 with some local ladies enjoying their afternoon catch up. Great experience! There are boat tours from here too - which we didn’t take on this occasion but worth a mention so you know which cafe/restaurant it is.

Located in Bangkok, 600 metres from Grand Palace and 600 metres from Temple of the Emerald Buddha, Sabai Sabai Liveaboard Bangkok provides air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. Definitely a great experience staying in Bangkok on a boat at the river. The area is vivid during the day and quiet during the night. Could sleep like a baby, because of the boat swinging. Roger is a great host, who is helpful and will give u good tips for a stay in Bangkok.

Set within 1.6 km of Wat Arun and 4 km of Bangkok National Museum in Bangkok Noi, baankorrakang offers accommodation with free WiFi and seating area. Nice clean room with a big bed and bathroom. Nice hot water instantly from the shower. There is an open eating area down stairs and chairs and it’s off the main road. Lots of towels provided and water.

Situated within the Don Muang district in Ban Don Muang, Ban Kru Ae mixed dorm has air conditioning, a terrace, and lake views. Best experience! Kru ae is really a funny and welcoming pwrson. We had a little party with other guests. Best first day in a new country ever. Would recommend 11/10

Located in Bangkok, 4.2 km from Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre BITEC and 7.5 km from Mega Bangna, TEAK VILLA offers a garden and air conditioning. Super clean and quiet, comfortable bed, big and modern bathroom, laundry hanger in the private balcony, delicious breakfast, lovely garden, great location, great value for money. The location is perfect for us. You may catch the red songthaew (8 baht) just outside udomsuk BTS station and ring the bell to get off when you see the 2nd patrol station (~10 mins), then cross the road and walk 2 mins to the hotel. When going to other direction, just wave when you see the very frequent red songthaew which has a huge word "BTS" written in front, so you won't miss it. It will stop just outside the market underneath the BTS. There are plenty of eateries and restaurants and 7-11 nearby this hotel, and a local night market is 5 mins walk. There is music and beer and some 30 ish delicious and cheap but very clean food stalls. But what we loved the most is actually the local food market underneath the udomsuk BTS. We bought cooked authentic food nearly every late afternoon. The friendly housekeeper let us use all the kitchen utensils with a big fan and we can enjoy the food and drink in the garden every evening. Will definitely return to Teak villa whenever we go to bkk again.
