Breakfast was excellent, even telling us to take anything away with us that we hadn’t eaten. The house was in the area we expected and excellent views. Secure outside building to store bikes.Would highly recommend this b&b. Katja and Sandy were fantastic hosts. Nothing was to must trouble.

During check-in we were welcomed on the reception by lovely lady from Leicester. She greeted us warmly and explained everything perfectly. From that point forward we immediately knew this hotel was the right choice! Breakfast selection was brilliant!! The waitress who took our egg and bacon choices was so friendly. She even recognised us one evening outside the hotel with lovely friendly comments. Unfortunately we're unable to remember her name. The rooms are modern and cater for every need. It's perfectly situated in the city for sightseeing. There's a fascinating selection of WW1 artefacts on display in the ground floor cabinets. Even the check-out was a handled smoothly and efficiently with a full explanation. It also included detailed receipts of what we had charged to the rooms. Will certainly be returning here!!

Staff, location, facilities etc all in the hotel is excellent. Parking was excellent and secure and ideally placed behind the hotel.

Excellent location central Ypres. Great safe parking. The host Elodie was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic 10/10 Lovely little boutique hotel.

It was a nice old world type chateau with a warm cosy feeling. It has a bar and a restaurant that serves good meals, so no need to go into town if you don't want too.
