We have not stayed for long enough to form a reasoned opinion, but the behaviour, demeanour and attitude of the locals we encountered during a walk and food shopping were extremely negative. The city seems depressed. Across the river on the Polish side was much more lively and friendly. In short, I would stay here during a stop over to elsewhere, but there was nothing to make me think I would like to visit for the sake of visiting Frankfurt O Oder.

He was very nice, gentle & especially had a great great sense of hospitality by reminding us all the stuff about hours. Also later on before we left, he did not forget to wish us a great week ahead and a great German Unity Day. Now about the hotel, it's clean, cozy in our room.
