Breakfast? There was no breakfast. All there was was a MacDonald's, and thank god because none of the local taxi services had ever heard of the hotel. The kitchen was OK, but the stove could use some instructions' the SHOWER was a dream. I could have washed driveways with that water pressure. If I turned it all the way up, the pulse setting sounded like the minigun on an A-10 Warthog. The place and the sheets were both sparkling clean. It was weird sleeping on two pads though, and I sank in the middle. Minor nit

the location is excellent, right in front of train station. the breakfast is generous and tasty. they also allowed late check out for a fee of 20EU which was very helpful considering we had a late evening flight from Munich.

This is one of the, if not the coolest staged/decorated room I ever stayed in. I would have preferred a parfumed (not odor-free) handwash/bodywash but that is only nitpicking.

Comfortable, simple accommodation in the area with a warm, friendly, helpful owner. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent. The owner suggested some nice walks for me to do in nearby Roggenburg. The restaurant looked very popular. Overall, I felt there was a personal touch when I was in the restaurant or asked for help. The owner went out of the way to make sure I was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.
