The hotel is right next to a lovely city park and also a five minute walk from Soltau Therme, a truly impressive sauna/swimming/massage/wellness center with a wide variety of pools and activities. The location was great. Easy to find, park and go around. There was a machine for self-checking working up to 21:00 and this was helpful, but could be better informed. I rushed to arrive within the suggested checking time. When arrived within the suggested time, the reception which was supposed the be open, was actually closed and I used the machine anyway. If I knew in advance about the machine and the reception times, it would be great.
