The room was cozy and nice, everything we needed was there. We asked for the kettle and it was provided. The bathroom is clean, the bed is nice. Feels like the personal is responsible and attentive.
The location is also a big plus, Glowo is very beautiful.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to accomodate us. Special shoutout to Herr Schmidt. We were affected by a strike and they offered us everything in their power to help us with our rebooking. In addition we are vegan and they went out of their way to provide us with food. When something was up with my laptop so that I couldn't access the internet to work, Herr Schmidt did not rest until the problem was solved. Every staff member we met, at reception, cleaning, and in the restaurant, was lovely and in good spirits. This is a 4 star hotel, but honestly with employees like Herr Schmidt it should be a 5 star hotel. 1 extra star for this wonderful staff!
