Really nice location. Ideally placed on the bike route from Berlin to Hamburg. Like others said, the host is very friendly and ready to assist, if needed. Since there are no shops and restaurants in the area, the fact that we were greeted with BBQ and other food was highly appreciated. Also, there are available cold drinks and snaks. Nothing more to be desired.

Nice owners, wery friendly. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and do outdoor activities in the bosom of nature, this is the place. I guess the owners organize some kayak trips down the river, but I was there in winter and only for one night. I found this place by chance while on a business trip, but it turned out to be a good place for a vacation of sorts. The owners speak English, which is also a plus. The room is rather basic in terms of amenities, but it was ok for me. You can watch TV downstairs and the bathroom is also downstairs (it is a tower after all :)), which is huge and has quite a bath.
