Very friendly, helpful staff and the rooms were very thoughtfully equipped. I enjoyed walking into the centre of town as well as the opportunity to relax by the pool in the afternoon. Very good value for money.

Great location, overlooking one of San Sebastián's beaches ( the one good for surfing) Few minutes walk from the vibrant old town. Reception staff were all very welcoming and helpful, recommending good places to eat. We went on the open air bus tour, as well as the little tourist train- both were good value for money and gave us useful information about the history of San Sebastián and helped us to get our bearings around the town. The start of the bus tour was right near the hotel.
